In the first place you cannot use a stethoscope to listen for anything to click into place. Some locksmiths may be good enough to manipulate the dial but that is rare. In most cases if you are locked out of your safe we will need to drill at least one small hole in the right place to open the safe from the inside. In some cases we will need to take apart the entire lock mechanism and the counter measures to get a safe open and then rebuild it after it is open.
If you just wish to change the combination, we can do that as well. Some safes come with a preset combination that cannot be changed without the right tools to do so which most people neither have nor do they know how to use them.
